Bag Policy

• Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and cannot exceed 16” x 16” x 8”. Exceptions include small clutches (no larger than 6” x 8”) and bags required for medical or infant purposes are permitted.
• Backpacks, multi-compartment bags, and hard-sided coolers are not allowed.

Gate/seating info

• Gates open Entrances typically open 90 minutes prior to the scheduled first pitch. For certain high-profile events or non-baseball games, times may vary (sometimes 45–60 minutes depending on the event type).
• Accessibility info You can request a wheelchair pickup by texting 305-480-4999 with your location. Eight public elevators are available, primarily located at the 3rd Base, PNC Club, and 1st Base Dugout Club entrances.

Parking

• Lot The ballpark uses a Free Flow model—your license plate is your credential. You should register your plate via the MLB Ballpark app or QR codes on-site. It is highly recommended to pre-purchase parking to save $5 and guarantee a spot.
• Ride-Share (Uber/Lyft) The designated drop-off/pick-up area is located on Orange Bowl Way (NW 14th Ave), between NW 4th St and NW 6th St.
• Tailgating Tailgating is not permitted in the parking garages or surface lots.
• Accessibility info Available in all four parking garages and East Lots 2 & 3 on a first-come, first-served basis (requires a valid placard). Paratransit (STS); The designated spot is the east side of NW 16th Ave at Felo Ramirez Dr (NW 6th St).

Food and Drink

• Water Guests may bring one (1) factory-sealed, clear plastic bottle of unflavored water per person (20 oz or smaller).
• Food One single-serving food item is allowed if contained in a clear plastic bag (fruit must be sliced).

Insider tips

• Maximize your visit to LoanDepot Park, a fully covered and air-conditioned stadium, by targeting the lively Clevelander area (Section 14-15) for a party atmosphere, or the Vista Level (300) seats for affordable views.
• Utilize the MLB Ballpark app to pre-purchase parking and, on Tuesday games, look for $2 tickets and food deals. Cashless payment is required throughout the stadium.
• The Clevelander (Left Field) is accessible to all fans, this area features a bar, music, and a pool, offering a unique social experience.
• The upper deck (200/300 levels) is rarely packed, allowing you to move to better seats with great, unobstructed views of the city. Sections 7-9 and 21-23 (rows 1-10) offer excellent, close-up views of the field.
• Visit the "Familia Faves" stands for better value, including $3 hot dogs and popcorn. Look for the "Biscayne Bay Brew Hall" behind home plate for local craft beer.
• A specialized "baseball cake" is available for $12 at the "Sweet Spot".
• Bobblehead Museum is Located in the concourse, this display features hundreds of bobbleheads
• Visit the "Billy's Boat House" playground and check in at Guest Services for the "Club 305" kid's club to get a passport and prizes. Head to Guest Services for a free "my first time" pin.
• Park in the Home Plate Garage ($20-$25) and remember to link your license plate to your digital ticket on the MLB Ballpark app to speed up entry
